After lunch we played a game called “Catch the Bacon” or something. In the last few minutes of the game everyone ended up in a big dog pile trying to get the ball to their side for a point. Peter (above) was the one to crawl out of the writhing mass of humanity with the ball and win the game for our team 
After the Men’s Advance, all of the men’s families had a dinner together before Nathan Clark George gave a concert.

Benjamin’s 17th Birthday
So, of course on Benjamin’s birthday we had to do something that involved guns!
We went to the shooting range with a few of the Suermann brothers after lunch:

We moved up to the trap field to shoot clay pigeons with our shotguns:

We had some family over in the evening and had Benjamin’s favorite meal, Chicken Pot Pie, and Kate’s first try at Chocolate Cake with Ganache (stay tuned for future cakes).
