My Aunt & Uncle had flown into town and since we’d never completely done our gift exchange we had just about all of the family over to the house. It was good to have everyone under one roof.
I don’t know if I am biased or anything like that, but my aunts are some of the sweetest people I know and my brothers and I always have a blast with our uncles.

Lydia also has HER side of the family-she calls our family members’ dogs her “cousins.” It’s entertaining to see how the dogs interact with each other. Wow, I am such a dog person…freaky.
Lydia’s “cousin” Cocoa. Cocoa’s Havanese (meaning the dog breed, but he does have a Cuban accent) and resembles Benji a little bit.
After Lydia calmed down from the excitement of Cocoa’s arrival she stole his stole and ran off with it-the chase was on!
She ran right past Cocoa and found a safe spot:
She’ll tease dogs by getting on furniture that other dogs can’t climb quite as easily as she can…
…but Cocoa was still able to pull Lydia off of the chair…
…and rescue his toy.
Commandment X: Thou shalt not covet…thy cousin’s toy?
