“Under the Sea”
Well, as you can see from the picture above, the water hasn’t been too clear. Natives are saying that it’s been pretty bad all summer with all of the rain they’ve had.
There are large patches of muck like you see in the picture all over the ocean. However, there are also areas that are a little more clear.
