A Chimney Swift in a Chimney

A couple of days ago we heard that a bird had flown into our chimney. We knew that they were building a nest inside of it and we are wondering how to get rid of it.
Benjamin used a net and caught the bird and I took some pictures of it. The bird was a "Chimney Swift." We let ago and a few minutes later it was back in the chimney!
