A last minute change to MO SB 291 posed a serious threat to the freedoms and rights of homeschoolers across the state. A call for an emergency rally on the Capitol steps went out. The only problem was the fifteen hour notice given, but the response was amazing. It is estimated that 2,000 people came from all over the state.
